Make the Most of Your Holidays
December 15, 2017
We’re dreaming of a white Christmas, but palm trees and sunshine will do. LA may not be a winter wonderland, but we’re always looking to get into the holiday spirit. Our downtown playground offers up some festive alternatives, and we're not going to miss out.
We've made our list and checked it twice, so we hope you'll enjoy these options as a way to happily celebrate the holidays in true DTLA fashion.
Pershing Square Holiday Ice Skating Rink | 11/16-1/15 - Pershing Square
Whether you’re a master skater or simply prefer holding hands for the perfect Insta, hitting the ice rink is a must when the winter season rolls around. The memories made, even if you fall, are totally worth the 8-minute walk from your Atelier home.
LA County Holiday Celebration | 12/24 - Dorothy Chandler Pavilion
We love our city and keeping its traditions alive, especially when they’re free to attend. LA County is holding its 58th annual Holiday Celebration and once again providing unmatched entertainment with a 3-hour long show full of festive performances.
Grand Park NYE Celebration | 12/31 - Grand Park
There’s nothing quite like the clock striking midnight commemorating a new year beginning. LA’s Grand Park NYE Celebration may be alcohol free but that doesn’t ever stop the party from getting started. From live music and food to art and photo booths, Grand Park is the place to be when looking to ring in 2018 like only DTLA can.
Happy Holidays, DTLA.
